Washington után Brüsszelben dolgozik a legtöbb, mintegy 15 ezer lobbista a világon. Nyilván vannak köztük kedves civil szervezetek képviselői is, de a film szerint a nótát a nagy cégek húzzák. Dolgukat pedig megkönnyíti, hogy nincs egy olyan, az amerikaihoz hasonló szabályozás, mely révén átláthatóvá válna, hogy mely érdekcsoportok kiket alkalmaznak és ők milyen munkát...
